• Cancellation & Refund Policy

    ULTIMATE SOCIO CARE TRUST believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:



    • Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately before 60 Minutes after placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been Registered or Scheduled.

    • ULTIMATE SOCIO CARE TRUST (Vijayamarga)  does not accept cancellation requests once the Registration Done

    • After successful booking, the customer has one time option to reschedule the appointment. No Show / for repeatedly appointment rescheduling refund will not be done.
